How much does membership cost, and is it mandatory?
Raintree Association membership is completely voluntary. However, use of the association woods park and beach park requires membership. The annual membership fee is $150.
How is Raintree Association managed, and how can I participate?
The Raintree Association is organized through a volunteer Board of Directors. Association members are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings at 3pm on the second Sunday of each month. Board meetings are held at the beach park pavilion.
